KVKK Notice

1. Identity of the Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('KVKK'), your personal data is processed by Nox Digital (Eğitim Mah. Asil Sok. No:3 D:38, Kadıköy/Istanbul) as the data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Purpose of Processing

The personal data we collect is processed to respond to your request, carry out quote/demo/job application processes, manage customer relationships, improve the Site, and fulfill our legal obligations.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may only be shared with our domestic/international analytics and hosting service providers (e.g. Google, Yandex) and with legally authorized public institutions.

4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through the forms on our Site, based on your explicit consent and on the legal grounds of establishing/performing a contract, fulfilling a legal obligation, and legitimate interest under Article 5/2 of the KVKK.

5. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information about the processing if it has taken place.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly.
• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad.
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
• Request deletion or destruction of your data under Article 7 of the KVKK.
• Request that any correction or deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
• Object to an outcome that is to your detriment resulting solely from automated analysis of your data.
• Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

6. How to Submit a Request

You may submit requests to exercise the rights above by email to info@noxdigital.com or in writing to Eğitim Mah. Asil Sok. No:3 D:38, Kadıköy/Istanbul. Your request will be answered within 30 days at the latest.
